TRUST AND ESTATES ASSOCIATE
Sweeney Mason LLP seeks a qualified candidate with at least 2 years of experience in Trusts and Estates law. A successful candidate will have experience in drafting estate planning documents, trust administration and probate proceedings. An interest in Trust and Estate litigation is preferred, but not required. Candidates will possess outstanding academic credentials, excellent oral communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to be a self-starter and work independently.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):
- Estate and Trust Administration
- Drafting Estate Planning and other legal documents
- Conducting meetings or intakes with clients and prospects
CORPORATE LAW ASSOCIATE
Sweeney Mason LLP seeks a qualified candidate with 4+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law. A successful candidate will have experience working on acquisitions and sales of privately held businesses, advising founders with respect to entity formation and structuring issues and working through day-to-day negotiations involving commercial contracts and license agreements.
Experience with equity and debt financing transactions is a plus, as is experience with trademark law.
CONSTRUCTION LAW ASSOCIATE
Sweeney Mason LLP seeks a qualified candidate with at least three (3) years of litigation experience in construction law. A successful candidate will have general experience in various aspects of civil litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Experience with breach of contract disputes, mechanics liens, stop payment notice, and payment bond claims in public and private works is preferred, but not required.
REAL ESTATE LAW ASSOCIATE
Sweeney Mason LLP seeks a qualified candidate with 3-6 years of experience in various areas of real estate law. A successful candidate will have experience in both real estate litigation and transactional real estate law, including but not limited to commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, commercial and industrial leasing, disclosure disputes, broker liability, easement disputes, boundary and neighbor disputes, and all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to complaint drafting, discovery, motion practice, arbitrations and trials.
