SWEENEY MASON LLP ATTORNEYS ATTEND AMERICAN SUBCONTRACTOR ASSOCIATION SUBEXCEL EVENT

We are excited to announce that a number of our attorneys recently attended the
American Subcontractor Association (“ASA”) meeting in Fort Worth, Texas. The event
featured a presentation by Sweeney Mason’s employment law expert, Roger Mason.

Mr. Mason’s presentation focused on the risks many contractors face in adhering to
California’s extensive labor and employment laws. The presentation a valuable addition
to the conference, as he shared his extensive knowledge on the latest developments
and trends in the law. His insights were particularly relevant for our construction group,
as we continue to navigate the complex landscape of labor regulations and compliance.

Beyond Mr. Mason’s presentation, the event was a fantastic opportunity for our team to
network with other subcontractors and construction professionals, as well as existing
firm clients. We were able to exchange valuable insights and ideas on how to improve
our industry practices and drive growth. Sweeney Mason is a proud member of ASA.

Other partners attending the conference included Joe Sweeney, Scott Mangum and Bill
Kaufman. Senior Counsel, Nat Lucey, also attended the conference. All met with Texas
based clients and visited our new office in Frisco, Texas.

The American Subcontractor Association meeting also provided a platform for us to
showcase our construction group’s expertise and commitment to delivering quality legal
service that meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Attending industry events like the American Subcontractor Association meeting is
crucial for our construction group’s growth and development. We are constantly looking
for ways to enhance our knowledge and skills, and events like this provide us with the
opportunity to continue to develop and refine our expertise.

We would like to thank the American Subcontractor Association for organizing such an
informative and engaging event. We look forward to attending future meetings and
continuing to contribute to the construction industry.
