Megan Lee is a paralegal and litigation specialist at Sweeney Mason LLP with extensive experience supporting construction, business, employment, real estate and civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Sweeney Mason, Megan supported the principal and testifying expert of an expert witness consulting firm focused on construction litigation for over ten years. Megan
brings a unique perspective to Sweeney Mason with her knowledge of complex construction litigation, alternative dispute resolution, expert witness analysis and understanding of the
construction industry and its terminology.

Megan graduated from Henley Putnam University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Security and Protection Management. In 2024, Megan received her Certificate in
Paralegal Studies from the University of California Berkeley Extension. Megan is a member of NALA, The Paralegal Association and the American Bar Association.

Megan lives in Sonora, just outside of Yosemite, with her husband, two children and three dogs in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains. Megan enjoys volunteering as a board member of the Parent Teacher Fellowship at her children's school and fundraises for the K9 unit of the local Sheriff’s Office.
