Chris Olson is a partner at Sweeney Mason LLP with over 25 years of civil litigation and trial experience, including multiple jury verdicts, judgments and arbitration awards in favor of Sweeney Mason clients. Chris represents individuals and businesses, including contractors, subcontractors, commercial and residential owners and tenants, employers and employees, in all facets of litigation through trial or negotiated resolution.

Chris’s services include consultation and risk management/avoidance, contract review and negotiation, delay/disruption claims and complex construction, business, trust and estate and employment litigation, including defending PAGA representative actions. Chris also provides consultation regarding ADA compliance and defends property and business owners in ADA lawsuits.

Chris received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1997 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Los Angeles. He has extensive experience in representing clients in both state and federal court, as well as in private mediations and arbitrations, including proceedings before JAMS and the American Arbitration Association.

In his "spare" time, Chris enjoys traveling the world to see his favorite bands.
