Sweeney Mason LLP Expands to Santa Cruz/Central Coast

Bringing Over Three Decades of Legal Excellence to Santa Cruz and the Central Coast

Sweeney Mason LLP is proud to announce our expansion to Santa Cruz and the broader Central
Coast with a new office in Santa Cruz. Our expansion allows Sweeney Mason to extend our
trusted and diverse suite of legal services to clients in Santa Cruz, Monterey, and the broader
Central Coast communities.

Since our founding in 1990, we have expanded our core competencies to over seven distinct
practice areas — Civil Litigation, Construction, Corporate & Business, Intellectual Property,
Labor & Employment, Estate Planning, Trusts & Probate, and Real Estate. This cross-section of
legal expertise allows us to meet all of the various needs of small and medium-sized business, as
well as individuals.

This growth has always been driven by one principle: responding to the evolving needs of our
clients and meeting those needs with a degree of excellency in the service we provide.
Partners Scott Mangum and Nat Lucey will lead the Santa Cruz office, bringing extensive
experience and a collaborative, results-oriented approach. This expansion strengthens our ability
to provide service and trusted counsel, while remaining fully committed to the standards of
excellence and the client relationships that have defined our firm for over 35 years.

The Santa Cruz office officially opens November 1, 2025. We look forward to serving you from
our new location and invite you to contact us to learn more about how Sweeney Mason can
