Kurt Wilson is a founding member of the firm. He is a Cal Berkeley graduate, and has specialized in commercial and employment litigation since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Hastings College of the Law in 1985. Kurt represents corporations and individuals in commercial, employment and trade secret disputes, including through jury trial, court trial, binding arbitration and/or mediation. As detailed in Sweeney Mason News, Kurt has achieved very impressive results for our clients at trial and binding arbitration.

Kurt’s practice focuses on efficiently and successfully (1) defending corporations and individuals against business and employment claims and (2) prosecuting, on behalf of corporations and individuals, business and employment claims. Kurt also has substantial experience in trust and estate litigation.

Kurt lives in Los Gatos, and is a masters swimmer.
