Andrew (“Drew”) Kozlow is Senior Counsel with Sweeney Mason LLP. His practice focuses on construction and employment law matters.

In his construction practice Drew represents contractors, owners and suppliers in multiple areas including contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, collections, construction defect claims, contract review, bid protests and other related matters. His practice areas include both private and public works, and projects of all sizes.

In his employment practice, Drew defends employers of all sizes in claims of harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination, including handling matters before administrative agencies, including the Labor Commissioner and CUIAB. Drew also has significant experience in defending employers in wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions. In addition to litigation matters, Drew also provides required training and handbook review for clients. He enjoys being a partner with the local business community to help navigate the challenges of California employment law.

Drew graduated from UC Davis with a major in Political Science and a minor in History, He earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University in 2007.

Drew lives in Pleasanton with his wife and three daughters, and enjoys playing golf, running and spending time with his family in his free time.
